Ministry

Adult Sunday School

Adult Christian Education is held most Sundays from approximately 10:20 to 11:10 a.m. A wide range of topics is covered in hopes of stimulating individual reflection and a deeper appreciation of God, his church, and our place in it. At this time, Donegal is continuing to hold “hybrid” Adult Sunday School over Zoom. Please subscribe to our emails in the site footer to be included on the invitation list for these classes.

Music Ministry

Under the guidance of Robert Mains, Choir Director, the DPC Choir performs at the 9:00 a.m. traditional worship service on most Sundays between Labor Day and mid-June. On Palm Sunday, the Choir provides the sermon through song, presenting a special cantata as part of the worship service. The Choir rehearses every Wednesday from September to June at 7:30 p.m.

Want to become a member of the choir? No audition required! We’ve got a choir robe that will fit you. We’ll teach you the basics of group choral music and, if you can hold a tune and are willing to make a joyful noise unto the Lord, you’re “in the band.”

Congregational Care

Donegal Presbyterian Church is blessed with members – Deacons and Stephen Ministers – to reach out to those in need of caring and support. This is not a substitute for Pastoral care, but rather a supplement to provide long-term continued support through the power of our Church Family.

Nursery services

The church offers nursery care services during both Sunday services for families with children 4 years old and below. All nursery caregivers are required to provide local, state, and federal background checks and clearances.
