THE PRESBYTERY OF DONEGAL
CELEBRATES
OUR 275TH ANNIVERSARY
OCTOBER 14, 2007 3:00 P.M.
HEMPFIELD HIGH SCHOOL PERFORMING ARTS AUDITORIUM, Landisville, PA
There will be a mass choir consisting of members of our Presbyterian Churches, each Church is requested to bring a banner (carried by a youth from their congregation, if possible); a choral group from Lincoln University will also be a part of our program.
BUT THERE IS MORE:….A Skit will glimpse some of highlights of our Presbytery’s history, Guest speaker, Dr. Clifton Kirkpatrick, Stated Clerk of the Presbyterian Church (USA) will speak to the Church’s current mission and ministry; and a Look Ahead of where we are going in Mission and Ministry in the Presbytery of Donegal.
Prayer booklets have been distributed to every Congregation, and will be available at the Anniversary Celebration, ($5.00 donation) and a Commemorative Coin will be available ($3.00 each) There will be a time for greeting one another following the Celebration.
Let’s make this a time of united fellowship as we celebrate our history and our future.
